I turned another year older...This time around my birthday was something I was really looking forward to. David suggested that we go to Jasper for a few days...he took care of all the details and Wow! What an amazing time I had. I have never gone anywhere for my birthday and this was such a treat.
We rented a cute little cabin right in the heart of Jasper! Lovely little places...since it was off season the rates were too good to pass up. Complete with fireplace and shower, this was a wonderful place rest and relax. Our time was spent, playing games, hiking, discovering, laughing and spending time with one another....Oh and eating...we ate very well.! Our kids loved this little place and really didn't want to return to the city. We called it "Our Cabin" and promised them that one day we would return.
I highly recommend Jasper in the off-season...even though we couldn't do all the touristy things that we normally do our paths were lead in new and different directions...It's a great way to experience Jasper in a whole new way!!
