Fall Family Portraits....

Fall is definitely the time for family portraits...it's so beautiful with all the autumn colors. I had some fun with these fall portraits and looking forward to shooting more.

NYC September 2007

NYC...David and I had a wonderful opportunity to visit NYC. This place is a photographer's dream...and if you are into the urban photography like we are then it's even more of a dream come true!! A few places that we were able to visit in the city were...The New York Public Library, The Met, Wall Street, we tried to get off the beaten path too and were able to find some really unique images when we did....Enjoy!

Kathy and Jordan

Kathy and Jordan....Engaged! We are so thrilled to be a part of your wedding. Kathy is totally on top of all her wedding plans and she was a joy to work with on this photo shoot. She had some awesome ideas and great locations too! The U of A campus was their choice for most of the engagement pictures and WOW....they turned out great!!

Mandy and Tyler

Mandy and Tyler....Wow...these images are just stunning. Discovering people and who they are is part of this journey with photography. We had a wonderful afternoon discovering who Mandy and Tyler were...I could have kept shooting well into the evening because these two are just that kind of couple. They were up to everything we suggested, we had such a fun time with you two!! We look forward to your wedding day!!

Ashley and Josh

Ashley and Josh...Engaged! What an awesome couple! I can tell already the wedding is going to be a blast! David and I had a ton of fun with this cute couple. We went to Whyte Ave to shoot this e-session, always great character down there and always busy but that was great for the mood we were looking for. Cindy and Travis

Cindy and Travis...Cindy approached me to do a photo shoot of her and her boyfriend Travis. They are not engaged(yet) but wanted some really stylish photos of the two of them. We had a great time with this couple. They were so willing to try new ideas that we had and it turned out great!!

Jenn and Sean

Jenn and Sean...Engaged! Wow what a fantastic time we had getting to know you two! Jenn has some great ideas when it comes to wedding photos, I can't wait for their wedding day. We love the "Urban look" and these two really got into the photo shoot!!

Cara and Mike. We were so blessed to spend the day with you two! We started out at a beautiful location just outside of Edmonton. After the "I do's" were said we took them away for a little intimate time alone.. Downtown Edmonton.. Wow what can I say, these two could be in a magazine! The images we captured were intimate, stylish and inspiring.

August 4 - 2007

Jaimie and ken... Wow we had an amazing time with these two. You could feel the love with all of Jaimie's family and friends surrounding her before the ceremony began. We started out by meeting with Jaimie and the girls at the hair salon...the laughing and giggling it didn't stop all day....maybe a little during the ceremony for a few "happy tears". We covered their glorious day from the beginning to end and are so happy to have met this couple!! Thanks Jaimie and Ken for choosing JDS to be a part of your very special day!!
